Accuracy of content
We take every care in the preparation of this website to accurately describe the product and give representation by colour photographic images. Some items may vary slightly in colour due to natural leather discolourisation. We advise that all leather products are treated with care, if leather gets wet pack loosely with paper and allow drying naturally, never placing in direct heat. Please avoid rubbing against easily marked or light coloured clothing. Special care should be taken to avoid scratching and placing leather items on rough or sharp surfaces. Be careful what leather products you use to protect your leather as some of these can discolour the leather
Any weight, dimensions and capacities are approximate and packaging may vary from that which is shown. Actual colours displayed will depend on your monitor. Please order your ring size carefully from our ring sizer.
Delivery and delays
We can not guarantee that all items will be in stock, some may be in production or in shipment, however we will notify you within three working days if your order is to be delayed by e-mail, text if you prefer, phone call or letter We will then be able to tell you if the item is coming back into stock and give you an estimated delivery date.If there is a further delay, we will send you a letter e-mail or call you asking you whether you would still like us to send the order to you. We try and be as accurate as we can without our limits but because our items are made for us this can be dependant on materials available to our suppliers.
Registered delivery is not guaranteed to certain areas. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Postcodes IV. Local import duties may be payable upon receipt. All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling. We deliver to the following Countries Europe £15.00 and worldwide - prices for delivery available depending on delivery service and times. We can not guarantee delivery during postal strikes.
Returns policy

You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, unworn with original tags and packaging or we will not accept the item. Earrings and belly rings cannot be exchanged due for reasons of hygiene unless the item is considered faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to return or Exchange
•There is no need to telephone us when sending a return.
.Please take your parcel(s) to the nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned at your own expense. Refunds can not be issued until the item is returned to us
•We will write or e-mail that your return has been processed.
You will receive your refund credit or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) usually within 3-5 working days.
•Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item we can't stop a payer knowing.
Legal Statement Regarding Returns
Returning any item within 28 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order) Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 28 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to us on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/ offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellation rights
Under the distance selling regulations you have a legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods. You will be required to pay for the return of goods which must be in their original condition, unused, unworn and with original tags. Earrings and belly rings cannot be exchanged due for reasons of hygiene unless the item is considered faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Failure to comply will warrant the item as none returnable. Please obtain proof of delivery, as we cannot refund items that have been lost in the post. Earrings are excluded from our refund / exchange policy due to hygiene regulations. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions from time to time: please contact us for updated information or visit our website.

We value and respect your privacy, which is why we retain a strict database of our customers and their personal details. This is only available to us and never divulged to a third party. From time to time we would like to keep you updated with our great offers and products. We can do this by e-mail or letter or by text, if you have a preference then please let us know.

Offers
We reserve the right to withdraw offers without notice.
Birthdays gifts are given as part of our on going promotion of our business but this can be withdrawn at any time. Gifts vary dependant on stock. Only one gift per person per address, multiple entries will become null and void and if we find this is being abused you will be removed from our data base.
Commissions
We are happy to discuss with you commission for Bridal wear or any other jewellery and can work with you. This is a free consultation service, there is no obligation to buy but once we have started on your commission we will require a deposit of 50% which is non refundable.
Guarantees
Our Oea jewellery is exclusive. It is made by a highly trained
Silversmith and each item is individually hand soldered so we can offer you a life time Guarantee. This means if the item such as a silver charm breaks we can hand soldered it back on. It does not cover wear and tear, damages or breakages such as the item being bent through misuse. The item will need to be sent back to us at your expense but we will repair it free of charge and return it to you by recorded delivery. We strongly suggest that when sending any item back to us you obtain proof of posting. You will be issued a guarantee card of your purchase.
Offers
For our Wish list service we will ring you, email or text you one month before your special occasion, birthday, anniversary etc and find out your favourite 5 items from our web site. We will then email, write or text your partner your personal "wish list". We will offer them 10% off any item in our main web site (this excludes clearance lines and offers) we will also offer free postage and packaging and also free gift wrap service. The item is then sent by recorded delivery to them direct unless otherwise specified.
If you then decide to change your mind you can exchange the item and upgrade to another item. We will only be able to refund the person whose card we used unless they have asked for a gift receipt. If they have got a gift receipt we will be able to credit you by a cheque once the item is returned to us in its original condition. They have 28 days in which to return the item before title passes to you.
